My biggest mistake is I let my ego get in the way of the most important aspect of a business, teamwork. This nearly destroyed my company and relationships with those who helped me the most. It’s about humility and selflessness in my line of work. I would not do it again but it has taught to me to be more selective about who I take under my wings. I would bring back the old crew if things did not end so negatively. However, the negative experiences are now allowing me to think more criticially when it comes to making business decisions.
